On behalf of the Teaching & Learning Innovations Team, we want to wish you a fabulous summer! 

We will be working hard this summer to assure your move from CI Learn (Blackboard) to the new and improved CI Learn 2.0 (Canvas) is as smooth as possible.  Remember, you may opt-in and use Canvas in the fall or stay with Blackboard. All classes will move over to Canvas in the spring 2018. The Faculty Innovations in Teaching (FIT) Studio will be open during the summer (6/30 -8/18/17) from 9-3pm or by appointment (tlinnovations@csuci.edu) to support you.  We will also be offering weekly in-person workshops for learning Canvas throughout the summer. Bookmark the following websites to be able to quickly locate all the information you need about using Canvas and sign up for workshops, General Canvas Info and Getting Started with Canvas. 

The studio will be open for faculty writing groups.  The first one is scheduled for Wednesdays from 9:00am-11:00am. You may join this group or start your own by emailing tlinnovations@csuci.edu to reserve time on the calendar. Writing groups are a great way to enjoy some time with colleagues while you finish (or start) your writing projects. We will provide the coffee!!
